Robert J. McKeever,Philip Davies가 집필한 Politics USA의 23페이지 18번째 줄을 보면 The process of constitutional amendment is, however, very cumbersome. 이라는 문장이 등장합니다. 또 해당 단락의 끝부분을 보면 As a result, the difficulty of amending the Constition~~~founding principles of American government cannot be easily altered라는 문장이 나옵니다. 즉, Amendment Process가 워낙 복잡하기 때문에 Original version of Constitution이 웬만하면 바뀌지 않고 유지된다는 것입니다. 이를 18번에 적용시켜 볼 경우 1번 선지 Obsolete(생각/제도/문물 따위가 낡다)가 안 될 이유는 없다고 생각합니다. 따라서 본 문제에 대한 복수정답을 신청합니다.
